Overhead Squats and Knees to Elbows

I’m still sore from 12.1…seriously, my shoulders hurt!  (why is that?)  Soooo, with that in mind, we needed to get back to working on the overhead squat regularly.  Nothing works quite like it, with the combination of midline stability and shoulder strength and flexibility…it’s always a challenge.  Throw in Knees to Elbows, and the shoulders really work.  Nice.
